Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions and other Power Platform components such as Power Pages and Power Automate.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales and Customer Service.
- Test and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and Power Platform systems.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver successful projects.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in MS Dynamics or similar CRM solutions
- Strong understanding of customer engagement principles and concepts, including sales, customer service and marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
