Main Responsibilities & Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients and functional consultants to understand the business needs, challenges and desired outcomes. 
• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Dynamics Finance and Operations solutions that meet client needs and align with industry best practice.
• Work on different workstreams within a Dynamics Finance and Operations Implementation including: 
• Develop custom solutions using X++ and AL to meet specific client requirements. 
• Design and implement seamless integrations with other systems and platforms. 
• Establish and manage a robust application lifecycle management strategy for the Dynamics Finance and Operations environment. 
• Deploy and configure Dynamics Finance and Operations environments to ensure optimal performance. 
• Execute data migration strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer. 
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of Dynamics Finance and Operations systems to ensure optimal performance, stability, and adherence to client requirements.
• Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics Finance and Operations technologies, industry trends, and best practices. 
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. 
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing. 

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of programming languages and object-oriented programming concepts.  
• Possess a solid understanding of database fundamentals and practical experience with SQL. 
• Have experience working with version control systems such as Git, TFS, or similar tools. 
• Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues. 
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Be a highly motivated and self-directed individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. 
• Willingness to travel abroad on client workshops/training
